The Oleum is a culinary artisan laboratory founded in 1994 by sisters D'Onofrio and originates from the Crusher family. Our laboratory is located in Villamagna, a village in the hills Chieti (Chieti) at 250 meters above sea level, from where you can admire a panorama stretching from the natural reserve of the Majella and the Adriatic Sea. This green and natural environment, inspired the philosophy of our work, and which has led to re-evaluate old recipes fallen into disuse with their techniques of production and conservation. In our laboratory we produce specialty products, using top quality materials such as vegetables that grow in the garden, extra virgin cold pressed and vinegar craftsmanship. There are three main features that differentiate us from others in oil, namely: - Use particular vegetables, and even then it tends to our research. - The technique of manual processing, which we persist in maintaining, gives the product of the unique characteristics organolottiche. - The crispness that the experience and professional devices have enabled us to achieve. Finally, after years of improvement we have achieved the right balance of flavors, such as vegetables, vinegar and oil. To leave intact the taste of the specialty and conservation, we have adopted the technique of pasteurization.
